One Thirty SWIM is made to accentuate every body type and give a second skin feel. One Thirty SWIM fabrics are made with high quality, eco friendly buttery Lycra/polyester with a seamless finish.  Embellished with gold, water resistant hardware to effortlessly compliment any skin tone. 

• Do not iron or leave in the sun.

• Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments.

• Avoid contact with rough surfaces. EG- rocks, pebble/ stone pool surfaces. We do not take responsibility for balling of fabrics when made in contact with rough surfaces. 
• We recommend avoiding contact with warm/hot water or sauna-like conditions.

• If you are unsure & require further assistant regarding your sizes and measurements, our customer service team are more than happy to help you. Please contact them via our contact page.
• Our swimsuits are minimal coverage so we recommend if you have larger busts to go up one size.
• We suggest reading each items descriptions online to avoid ordering the wrong size.

• All orders placed before 9AM (EST) will be shipped out the next business day.
• One Thirty ships all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
• At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or offer expedited or international shipping.
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
• If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@onethirtyco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

• All sales are final.
• We are happy to exchange your full priced items for another size or store credit toward a future One Thirty purchase if purchased within 30 days.
• Returns other than for faulty or damaged items are accepted for store credit.
• Exchanged garments must be in original condition with the tags attached and must have not been worn, altered, or washed.

• Due to hygienic concerns, we are not able to exchange swimwear that is missing the protective sanitation strip. Before removing tags, please try our swimwear on over underwear with the sanitation strip intact.
• Final approval on all returns is under the sole jurisdiction of One Thirty LLC. We reserve the right to reject any exchange that fails to fulfill our policy requirements. Rejected exchanges will be sent back to the customer.
